TMG recently developed a North American international Cruise ferry project to operate on the international route between Tampa, Florida and the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.

TMG's involvement has included independent market research, port lease negotiations and agreements, competitor analysis, detailed revenue and cost projections, seasonality forecasts and the assemblage of the core operations team. TMG coordinated meetings
with both U.S. and Mexican Government
authorities, tourism agencies, port executives
and various local government officials.

Over a period of three years, TMG inspected
twenty-nine major European cruise ferry
vessels in order to select a proper vessel
suitable to meet U.S. Coast Guard and U.S.
Public Health requirements and meet the
market demands for the proposed route
and service.
