Cunard Line, which owns the prestigious QE2 and other luxury cruise ships, recently engaged Arthur D. Little to develop a restructuring plan for the entire company. A.D. little subcontracted The Maritime Group to perform underway shipboard management and operational audits onboard Cunard Line vessels and to assist with strategic recommendations for the restructuring of the company.

The Maritime Group interviewed 68 shipboard managers on the QE2 and the Royal Viking Sun (pictured below right).

TMG's assignment also included extensive interviews with shore side management in Cunard's Southampton, England technical office and its New York headquarters.
