Oregon Rail

The Oregon Rail Corporation of Portland, Oregon, engaged TMG to perform a due diligence analysis of the operations and future potential of the America West Steamboat Company. TMG analyzed the company’s operations and products, including an overview of its existing vessel, the Queen of the West.

TMG also reviewed plans to construct a new vessel, the Empress of the North, to assess the reasonableness of the cost projections and the likelihood that the new vessel would be competitive in the Alaska cruise market. The $50 million vessel is currently under construction by Nichols Brothers Shipyard at Whidbey Island, Washington.
