Paul A. Reyff has extensive background in business and government with emphasis on financial planning and management. He has served in the following positions:

• Project Manager, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Directed
economic adjustment programs for the defense industry

• Special Assistant to the Commandant, U. S. Coast Guard.
Directed rule and regulation changes for the maritime industry.

• Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Logistics

• Director, Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion Program,
U. S. Department of Energy

• Consultant for Energy Programs, Applied Physics Laboratory, The Johns Hopkins University

• President, Pacific Coastal Steamship Lines, Inc.

Pacific Coastal Steamship Lines, Inc. is a fully integrated maritime service operating company providing deep draft and mega yacht chartering services. Headquartered in San Francisco, PacShip includes General Engineering & Machine Works, a major ship repair facility serving military and commercial shipping in the Bay Area.

Captain Reyff is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master, Steam and Motor Vessels, Any Gross Tons, Any Ocean. He has additionally served as Chief Engineer aboard deep draft naval vessels, and is a retired Captain, U.S. Navy.

Captain Reyff is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
