Paul A. Reyff has extensive background in

planning and management. He has served in the following

Guard.
Directed rule and regulation changes for the maritime
industry.

• Consultant for Energy Programs, Applied Physics
Laboratory, The Johns Hopkins University
• President, Pacific Coastal Steamship Lines, Inc.
Pacific Coastal Steamship Lines, Inc. is a fully
integrated maritime service operating company providing
deep draft and mega yacht chartering services.
Headquartered in San Francisco, PacShip includes General
Engineering & Machine Works, a major ship repair
facility serving military and commercial shipping in the
Bay Area.
Captain Reyff is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master,
Steam and Motor Vessels, Any Gross Tons, Any Ocean. He
has additionally served as Chief Engineer aboard deep
draft naval vessels, and is a retired Captain, U.S.
Navy.
Captain Reyff is a graduate of the California Maritime
Academy and holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration.
