Prior to any detailed execution of a client’s specific plans we review the basic assumptions behind the project to identify any gaps in information or misperceptions of existing conditions. This process allows us to advise the client at the earliest stages regarding the feasibility of proceeding to more detailed and costly efforts.

Subsequent to this analysis we develop a comprehensive work plan designed to achieve the client’s objectives. All of our efforts are reviewed by our clients at each critical stage to confirm that our approach will meet the client’s needs and intent.
